Quade is a connected network of diverse Circles of CEOs and business owners, led by CEO-experienced Directors, focused on cultivating skills and relationships that enhance personal and professional growth. We accelerate whole-person development through shared experiences within our diverse Quade community.

Quade Directors bring together, either virtually or in person, Circles of up to ten CEOs and business owners ten times per year for half-day roundtables. These sessions feature an unapologetically authentic environment with world-class educational resources, diversity of thought and experience, and a genuine desire to help each Quade Ally succeed in all aspects of their professional and personal lives.

Quade Allies are CEOs, business owners, company presidents, managing directors, and similar C-suite leaders of companies with an entrepreneurial spirit. Allies are diverse in background and experience. They are continuous learners, willing to be vulnerable, excellent listeners, and sharers of experiences.

Quade Directors are former CEOs of significantly sized companies who have a passion for sharing their experiences to empower a new era of CEOs to lead change. These Directors are humble, excellent listeners, disciplined, independent, and willing to hold Allies accountable to achieve their goals.
